Once inside, the surest way to start this side quest (if you haven't already) is to simply speak with the woman at the front entrance. It takes place almost entirely in the Gomorrah Casino, which is located on the outskirts of the New Vegas Strip, immediately to your right upon entering through the robot-protected front gates. This side quest can begin in any number of ways.
